How it works
Five steps from the first conversation to the trip home.
1. The club tells us what it wants
Number of players and adults, ages, possible dates, how many days they want to travel, the destination they have in mind and what they expect from the trip.
2. XPR builds the proposal
With that information we design the itinerary: where to stay, where to train, who to play and what to see in each place.
3. Three package options
We present the club with three packages at different levels of service and price, so it can compare them with its committee and the families.
4. The club chooses and XPR organises
With the chosen package, XPR books everything, arranges the matches with local schools and clubs and prepares all the logistics.
5. Everyone travels together
The team travels with its coaching staff and with XPR staff looking after the group throughout the experience.
What XPR organises
The club focuses on playing and enjoying the trip. We take care of the rest.
Flights and transfers
Flights, transfers between cities and transport throughout the trip, through Newfly Travel.
Accommodation and meals
Accommodation for the whole group and a meal plan designed for athletes.
Matches against local teams
Rugby matches and fixtures against schools and clubs at the destination, arranged in advance.
Training
Pitches and facilities to train between matches.
Outings and culture
Visits to clubs and stadiums, city tours and local activities.
Support
XPR staff with the group so the coaches can focus on the sport.
Three packages for the club to choose from
There is no list price: each trip is quoted from what the club asks for. On that basis, XPR offers three different options to compare.
Accommodation, the number of matches and activities and the services included can change from one option to another. The club picks the one that suits it best.
Destinations
The club chooses the destination. Today XPR runs sports experiences in Argentina, at the XPR Sports Center in Córdoba, and abroad, in Ireland, France, New Zealand, Australia, Belgium and the Netherlands.

Frequently asked questions about rugby tours for clubs
What is XPR OnTour?
A sports and travel experience for a rugby age group as a whole, organised by XPR Sports Experience: transfers, accommodation, meals, rugby matches and fixtures against local schools and clubs, and outings.
How long is the trip?
The club decides. XPR builds the itinerary around the number of days the group wants to travel.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what the club asks for: destination, days, number of travellers and services. XPR quotes each trip and presents three packages at different prices for the club to choose from.
Who do the teams play against?
Local schools and clubs at the destination. XPR arranges the matches before the trip.
Which destinations are possible?
The destination is chosen with the club. XPR already runs experiences at the XPR Sports Center in Córdoba and in Ireland, France, New Zealand, Australia, Belgium and the Netherlands.
How is it different from an XPR Academy?
In an XPR Academy athletes join individually a tour with set dates and itinerary. In OnTour a club team travels together, and the club sets the length and chooses the package.
Who organises the trips?
XPR Sports Experience, part of a group of companies with its own travel agency, Newfly Travel.
How do we ask for a proposal?
Message us on WhatsApp or leave us a message in the form on this page with the number of travellers, possible dates and what the club is looking for. We will reply with the three options.
